The Apartment’s unique advantage is its proximity to Hospitals (Medical College, Caritas, Matha, etc.) and Educational Institutions (MG University, Amalagiri College, Mannanam KE Institutions, etc.). Kottayam Railway Station is only about 4 km away. Springdale Apartment is an ideal home for elderly couples, especially for those living alone. The design of the building is good compared to other flats we had seen. The area is very quiet and there is good supply of well water which caters all 40 apartments. The facility provided at rooftop for drying clothes is very useful. The recreation facilities provided at roof top are also good.
Currently, I am the Secretary of the Owners association. The Builder maintained our flat for initial few years before handing the maintenance over to us. All transactions were very smooth and now we can run day to day affairs very smoothly.
