My villa at Life Space, Kottayam by KCC Homes is coming up in a brisk pace. Since I haven’t started living there the testimonial is on why I chose KCC. After hearing many horror stories of people who booked villas and apartments with some prominent builders I was very careful to choose a reliable builder who values quality. KCC is spearheaded by Mr. Vakkachan who is a qualified civil engineer. The quality of KCC’s earlier projects, especially the apartments City Heights, Kottayam, is quite good. The feedback I got from the inhabitants of City Heights about KCC was also impressive. Mr. Vakkachan has been very prompt in replying to my queries, always open to new ideas. It is quite reassuring that I can contact him directly (rather than a PRO) anytime by email or telephone to discuss any aspects of my villa’s making.
