The residential enclave is also located just 1 km from Kanjikuzhy in Kottayam. ‘Sreyas’ was the first residential project of KCC HOMES, and it redefined the conceptualization, design and construction of villas in Kottayam at a reasonable price. The high satisfaction levels expressed by Sreyas inmates inspired us to accomplish more residential projects. Launched in 2006 and completely handed over in 2009-10, the project is now well-maintained by the ‘Sreyas’ Villas Owners Association.

‘Makil Centre’ is a 5-storey commercial building located right in the heart of Kottayam town, on Good Shepherd Road, near Malayala Manorama. The very fact that all the office and showroom spaces in the building were sold out before the completion of the structure proved its business scope and convenient access to the public. Now, the building boasts of having over 40 enterprises running successfully during the last decade.
The project was launched in 2000, and completed in 2002.

The project kicked off in 1995, and its entire space got sold out before the official handover in 1998.
