60 times Net Monthly Income OR 5 times Net Annual Income (NAI) - Above 45 years:
48 times Net Monthly Income OR 4 times Net Annual Income.
Eligibility will be considered based on the Documents submitted by the applicant. These should include:
- Salary Certificate/Slip.
- Overseas Bank statements for the immediate past 6 months.
- Details of NRE Accounts in India, if any.
- 2 passport-size photographs.
- Copy of Passport.
Repayment: SBT provides options for repayment of your Home Loan based on the age, and the tenure of the loan you wish to avail, which range from 5 to 20 years.

In the event that an NRI/Buyer is unable to appear in person to execute the documents to avail the Home loan for purchase of a FLAT in “CITY HEIGHTS” in KOTTAYAM, then a Power of Attorney produced by an authorized person will be sufficient for the purpose. The signature of the person issuing the Power of Attorney should be attested by an acceptable Authority from the place of residence of the issuer.
